After a challenging trip in Costa Rica, we were cordially received at Giardino Tropicale by Myriam and Marcel Schärer. In a paradisiacal environment with tastefully decorated guest rooms, we could relax during the rest of our holiday. Our hosts and their team left nothing to be desired and met us with an openness and warmth, only to be sensed at this "Costa Rica" for its natural beauty.

Marcel and Mariam are both AMAZING and WELCOMING people... I went on a surf trip to Nosara with 5 college buddies at the end of May, and we were welcomed with open arms, hospitality, and privacy. Having breakfast at the pool is absolutly delicious and well priced, and the hotel is a short walk from a siiick surf break!! I would tell anyone to stay here...it was an amazing time with great hosts. Cannot wait to go back!

Recently got home from a week at Giardino with my 2 "twenty something" daughters. We had a wonderful, fun and relaxing vacation. The girls loved the Giardino, not to mention the beach, surfing and the whole country. Myriam and Marcel helped us out with whatever we needed. Nothing is a problem! Love that attitude! It felt like we were staying with family. Highly recommend this charming hotel! I'd go back there any day.
